uhh you should get a lot of Kumbis or Icicles for your level and judging from your funds kumbis seems the best way to go, you can save up for a workglove later when your a high level

you can also do the to the new world for a scroll (if your luky) and the lvl 31 series of quests, the Dark Crystal one, and the dull crystal, at the end, you can get a fairly good overall, worst you could get is a 10% dex, which sells for around 700-800k

at lvl40 you can do jane quest and get a glove atk scroll so you'll have enough for a couple of sets of tobi
