Ok, so we know that 90% of the basilers dont read the rules right? Well I think they shoud make the rules open up once someone has finshed making a account. Then they can choose to take a short quiz/test on the rules. If they complete it and showed that they understand the general concept of the rules, then we could probably award they with something. Like the option to post links without the +10FB. I wanna hear your thoughts on this.

It could work. It'll bring the percentage down but probably will stay at some percentage.

Good idea, really. This could work if it's not that complex to make. Just like my brother had to do to get his laptop from his school. They had to get every question in a quiz correct, and if they failed, they would try the next day or so.

Won't this make it easier for trolls to massively create accounts now that they no longer have a posting restriction? I mean think about it, the quiz can only be so hard and after a while, the answers may as well be memorized by people who want to bypass the posting restriction. While I understand the intent of what you are trying to accomplish, I think that it can be manipulated for far worse than it will do good.

What if it was limited to like one quiz per ip? I don't think the trolls care THAT much that they would go change their ip every minute.

Next time post this in the site suggestion thread. Maybe if you take out the " Like the option to post links without the +10FB. " it might be a good idea because most trolls know the rules.

what about, instead of the ads box, there are rules there instead! The box can be a vibrant communist red colour, so posters know the ruthless consequences which would befall those who rebel against the system

As long as the system varied the questions, it might work out. Otherwise, people could just put the answers to each question on a blog or something.

We already can link without +10 FB. I agree with the thread, but maybe you should read the rules, or atleast know which one of them are currently active. Otherwise, it would work, and if you scored like then 25% you can't make an account
