How do I recover my Birthday Date?

Well my friend got hacked recently and he want to change info, but he can't remember the birthday date, is there any way to recover it via mail? or another way? Please all help is apreciated

There actually is a program that goes through something and finds your bday for you. all you need is the log-in.

logging a ticket does nothing.they tell you to do the forgot password goto email thing. they wont tell you cause you could be a hacker.
