When you think your current STR+ ZHELM / msia boss hat etc can't let you equip your bow. :O (It wouldn't hurt to have 3 lesser DEX if it means you have sufficient STR to hold your bow; without sufficient STR, even +10 DEX would probably amount to weaker damages if you can't use your latest bow.) HAPPY MAPLING!
