If you mean pure nx cash, I believe that they dissapear 1 year after purchase

the clothes do, but the hair and eyes dont. Clothes expire after 90 days. <-- i think correct me if im wrong

The Card/Ultimate game cards NX expire after 1 year Paypal NX and maple points don't.

a while, a long time actually like 3 or 4 years, back when there were only scania bera and broa. never knew nx expired until recently. i had quit for like a year, i come back and see that i still have 3000ish nx, and they were gone when i checked today. i went on nexon.net and looked and it said they expired on may 31st, just wondering.
