No, I auto hang up. If I see a number that I don't know, I press the end call button. :D

I usually just check if there's a message, then call back if I know them.

I tend to not, unless I recognize the first three digits or area code.

I do. Imagine there's an emergency for your friend/family and the closest phone available isn't theirs (lose it, battery dies, weak signal, etc). They call 911, and then try to contact you - only to be ignored.
