Why are maplers so mean now?

Yesterday, I was on the boat to Orbis when I met this really annoying character. I hadn't used my fame for the day, so I decided to defame her. Then, she started mass defaming me with all of her characters and friends, and I lost a lot of fame. It really wasn't my fault, and now she keeps whispering me all these insults with her friends. It was completely unnecessary. Anyway, I bet a lot of people out there have had these experiences, so feel free to share them. Oh, and by the way, her character's name is mystikalsinx and her friends' is ladysapphire. Feel free to defame them! BTW: This thread was posted in the wrong section earlier today. Sorry!

Well, I defamed her because she was being mean and annoying in the first place. I guess me defaming her caused this whole thing, but she deserved it.

Well, most of maple is immature these days. If you cant take it, leave. Thats the best advice I can give you. The maple community is a mean one, you either have to ignore it, join it, be one of the very few nice people, or leave.
