Are dexless warriors even worth it?

I mean i look at it like this, you need like 500m+ to fund it with dex equips when the same amount of money can be used on getting att equips, for example Say you want 50 dex. At lv 50 you would have 250 str from sp. You would need a 30 dex sauna, a z helm and 5 dex gloves to reach 50 dex. Now look at it this way, your a regular dex warrior who wants to cap dex at 50. You would have 200 str and 50 dex at lv 50. Dex equips take the space of regular att/str equips you could've bought a 30 str overall, a z helm and a 10 att wg instead and that would be better than the dexless warrior and its cheaper. So is a dexless warrior even worth it?

I got a dexless fighter and it outdmgs every reg dex. Low dex are also great.

You would never wear 5 dex gloves. And I really doubt you'd be buying a 30 dex sauna if you only had 500m funding. If you want to question the idea of a dexless warrior, at least research prices/availability/sensibility of items first. Try a 25 dex chainmail, 10 attack gloves, 10-12 acc shoes, Deputy star, Dex PAC if you are desperate. Remember the chainmail also gives accuracy, unless you're trying to equip a stonetooth or similar, you don't need dex at all, only accuracy. Zhelm gives 40 acc (around about) between the dex, luk and accuracy, which is far more important than the 15 dex.

Okay, you don't need 50 dex, you need as much accuracy as you can get. You definately won't be needing a 30 dex sauna. Also, no dexless warrior will be using an att glove. In most cases, where both chars have funding, dexless will definately win out. And to people like me, yes, it is worth it.

The thing is, we need accuracy, not dex. Lets assume they both need 100 base accuracy (A good amount at levek 70). The 50 dex person would only need like a zhelm and he'd have 100 accuracy. He could buy str equips if he could find them at that level. The dexless person would have 20 acc from mastery, and roughly 3 from base stats. So he'd need 77 more acc. He'd get 40 from a zhelm, and have a 22/10 chainmail which adds roughly 28 acc. The other 9 could come from acc shoes. Then they'd both have 100 acc. Yes the reg dex person would have to spend less on acc equips, but dex overalls are MUCH more common than STR ones and add more useful stats for the same quality scrolling. And this is coming from a 60 dex crusader.

lol wat kind of dexless gets DEX/ACC gloves we get att o.O....and its actually more like 220~300mil and actually u'd still be weaker w/ a zhelm, 10 att wg, and a str overall, cuz most dexless have those equips besides overall. Also most get 20+ not 30+. OOOO and another thing STR overalls r more expensive then dex overalls i believe. Most dexless warriors get chainmail or battle road not saunas. Ppl can survive being dexless w/o that much funding also o.o...its called merching WOW I SAID ACTUALLY and AND alot O.o

Dexless is worth it, why ? Because they can wear the same attack/Str equips and have the same total accuracy (if not more) as the regular Dex. It's only about funds, simple as that. @Below: Dexless Warrior =/= d3xLeSs sInzorz.

Actually my dexless warrior hits great damage and your reasoning is completely wrong(equips wise) and i believe the new MoN provides another ~20 acc at level 110?

actually, warriors dont aim for a certain dex, they aim for enough accuracy to hit certain monsters. this being said, there are tons of ways to get enough dex/acc without sacrificing ap in dex scroll dex earrings, zhelm for acc, bottom, face accessory for dex, eye acessory for acc ( you can't scroll these items for str)

I guess I should go to thief forum and start a thread 'dexless ass worth it?' edit: Back to TS I am a dexless warrior and that's what I wear and I have no problems with it. Zhelm 35 dex 40 acc. MoN 5 dex 15 acc. Top 7 dex base Bottom 20 dex I am not even using an acc/dex shoes or dex cape and I am good to go. All these don't cost a fortune.
