Lv66 582-1041? Alot of other Brawlers around my level have much higher attack range than me, from what i have checked

If you have normal strength and dex, your attack range is good. Other brawlers that have much higher attack ranges are probably low dex brawlers. I superfunded my level 50 low dex brawler so that his attack range is 634~1048.

Im lvl 66 also and I have around 1350 atk range.

I think your damage range is fine. I'm unfunded and have only slightly less dmg than you. So I suppose you may consider yourself a bit above average for regular dex unfunded. But as mentioned before, if your damage satisfies you in your training, then its fine.
