Crazy wedding glitch

Okay, so last year my RL gf and I got married in maple. I bought a premium chapel wedding ticket and we went through all of it and got married. The problem is, we didn't get any rings. I still have my engagement ring box in my use inventory, and I don't have a wedding ring. It says, when you double-click my character, that I'm married, but I have no ring. Is there any way to fix this? Thanks.

ROFL! That's extremely weird. You're supposed to have the ring before you get married. I've heard about this but I don't think there is a fix to it.

Log a ticket to nexon go to nexon.net login customer service send them and hope to get positve answer and btw 1 year to say you got glitch?

I logged a ticket when it happened, they said the ticket was "escalated" but they've done nothing about it.

did u get married on another character ? that might be the reason why or she threw away the ring.

No, we just got married on that character, and she wouldn't throw away the ring. Yeah, I'm kinda depressed about what Nexon has done. Or rather, HASN'T done.

Yes, your supposed to have the ring BEFORE you get married, thats very odd.

I didn't get my ring either. My hubby did. I logged a ticket, and nexon replied 6 months later But their reply didn't matter anyways, because I quit at that time, so I never looked at the reply. 90% sure it would've said something about no refunds, check your computer, blah blah.
