Even the men." As of make-up, i think what they mean is "She has too much obvious make-up on" Celebs have tons of make-up, but the attractive ones have make-up that isnt really noticeable. nah mean?

i like her music and her hair. i don't think she's ugly but i think she looked better brunette. :| her makeup is kind of obnoxious sometimes, but she doesn't wear more than other celebrities so it doesn't bother me.
