This problem has been with me since I was born. Whenever I surf the net and yawn like a few times, I knew that I would have to go to sleep now. So hence , I turn off my com, lie on the bed, and just, try to sleep. But, even after 30minutes, I still can't sleep, with my brother snoring away beside me. My worst record was 4hours straight, when I flipped here and there on the bed throughout -.- Anyone has this problem? I'm having really heavy eyebags. Oh and, I'm selling MapleLeaves in Delphinus. Why aren't there anyone from Delphinus on Basil -.-"

Don't think about trying to sleep. Better yet, don't think about anything at all and just let your mind wander off. Soon, you'll be sinking into oblivion. Suggestion: Listen to some music to help you sleep. It also takes a while for me to sleep sometimes.

Do you drink caffeine because that might be a problem.

It's reaaaaaal difficult for me not to think about anything :/ I tried listening to music but that made me more awake instead.

masamuneeI have that problem too. Like I'm up right now and chatting on Basil because I tried sleeping for an hour but I couldn't fall asleep. Happened for two weeks now.

Happens to me too. You fall asleep eventually, but you don't end up with much at all. I suggest you meditate for a few minutes or take a bath before you sleep.

Could it be insomnia? Ask your doctor about it. Insomnia is always just a symptom to something bigger.

My worst record was an all-nighter. So, 18 hours of no sleep. lol

Masturbating tires me out and helps me get to sleep.

I have a problem falling asleep, I just let my mind wander to the random Daydreams I had earlier, then the next thing I know, I'm slapping the alarm clock, wishing I could actually sleep some time soon.

I used to have that problem, but now I just let my mind wander while I'm in bed. Just like think over the day, or ask yourself some moral question, and you'll find yourself examining it over and over in your head, and eventually you just sleep.

Don't think about anything. That's the best advice I can give. It 3 hours before you plan on sleeping. Give a three hour time period of no activity and it should also help you fall asleep.
