How much % should I gain per hour?

Well when I was level 50 I was getting like 19% per hour Now Im level 60 and training is soooo sooo slow, I get like 7% per hour at red drakes and 8% per hour at sanctuary II, should I give up trying to find steelys and go to coolies? oh yeah Im a sin,

WOW lvl 50 gaining 19%? OMG you must be fast! Anyway since your a sin theres no problems training at zombies. Oh by the way does anyone know how much exp should a lvl 54 bandit get? I train at platoon chronos right now.
