Didn't GMs say they would spawn some? Has anybody seen one in GMS? (besides that cake place in NLC pls)

I've seen a big puff daddy in henesys once. There was this notice about how he was seen in the major cities. I lagged like hell and when i stopped lagging he was dead already

actually i seen big puffy cake like one week ago in henys market. i seen two actually. we killed big puffy but both times it dropped nothing.
