Can I change my account's Email?

So I have an e-mail tied to my account that is over 3 years old. I've since had a new e-mail and kinda lost the old e-mail's password. I'm not really that worried if I can't do this, but is it possible for me to change e-mails on the account?

I wish Wizet has this auto locking account thing that some computers have. After a certain amount of trying to log in or recover account, account should be locked for 2 days.
