The MTS Swallowed my Glove? Help!

I had a 8 attack Gold Pow glove. I wanted to put it in the MTS, But when i clicked the Send button Everything got stuck So i logged out from the MTS but i couldnt because all the screen became black, I exit MapleStory And went back On and when I got back i saw my Glove is missing. Should i log a ticket to nexon? And if yes, What should i write and in which section?

uhh its not stuck sometimes mts takes a while, if you waited, wait longer, it might be cause you werent patient enough, once i waited 5min. for my item to go up for sale.

Yeah, I think that happens sometimes. You pretty much lose the item, which is why I don't ever store my valueables in MTS. Anyway, unless you have like video proof that you lost your glove, I don't think nexon will give you your glove back. I scratched out my 25k nx card too much this one time and I couldn't read the code, I had the reciept and everything but I didn't get a refund still. It was during Christmas too. D:

Hi.There's nothing you can do about it.A friend of mine lost his glove att 60% that way. Except,he exited ms by reseting his computer or i think he just close MS application completly.When he try to check mts,the glove att 60% werent anywhere. Nexon wont do anything unfortunately
