Explanation of 4th job skills?

Okay I probably sound like a newb, but can somebody explain how the skills, skill points, and mastery books work once I reach level 120?

mastery books are scrolls for skills o.o, its so u can get sp faster in skills, thats all reg sp is still regulary gained i believe

mastery books raise the cap for the skill, example if you don't succeed a tt 20 you can only put tt up to lv 10

You start with 3 skills. They are maxed to lvl 10. You find skillbooks to learn new skills and mastery books to increase the level cap, up to 30.

Holy cow. I had the wrong impression of skill books copmletely. I thought they raised you to that level of the skill! Lmao. Thanks guys, you've increased my knowledge immensely.

When you reach lvl 120 you will get the skill u need except some of them. Other skill like TT (triple throw) u will have to kill zakum order to learn that skillz. And the Sp was same as other skill u learn just put what ever u like. The skill book u buy like the 20 or 30, all u do was double click them like double clicking a shirt to wear. But u will have to learn that skill in order for the skill to raise higher. Guess i might be the only u give u these info

When you advance you get 3 sp though. :D

When you get to 4th job, it's totally unlike 3rd job. You have to BUY your skill books instead of just having all of them. After buying the first 10 or 20 levels, you have to buy the level 30 one (Not all skills go up to level 30 though). You still have to use your own skill points to increase the skill level. But even if you have 5482371756759 skill points, and no skill books, those skill points are pretty much useless. Side note: At 4th job, you get 3 free skill points. Edit: The skill books that you buy does not work 100%. They're kind of like scrolls. There's a chance of failing. If the scroll fails, that means you have to buy the book again, and use it again.

Say you have Triple Throw (TT) 10. If this book passes, it allows you to raise the skill to a maximum of 10. Then you aquire TT20. You may raise it to level 20 now. And finally, when you pass TT30, you may max the skill.

And finally, when you pass TT30, you may max the skill." The skillbook (TT10) always works, btw. Just the level 20/30 mastery books have success rates like a scroll. Also, in order to used TT20, you must have level 5 TT first, and for TT30, you will need level 15 TT.
