America's army is larger by 150000, or something like that, but Russia has way more missiles, guns, grenades and bombs, their air force is a bit smaller, but more stronger and resident, and so is their guns. For example, Russia's gun machines don't need to be cleaned as often as U.S's guns, if U.S's machine guns get really muddy and dirty, it'll stop shooting, while Russia's will keep shooting. Keep in mind, China has 1.6m army soldiers, India 1.1m, North Korea, 950000, Vietnam, 412000, and these are all of Russia's allies. With America's allies combined, it won't compete against Russia's allies. Even without Russia's allies, if it was 1 on 1, America vs Russia, Russia WILL win." NK would not be an ally. We've established that already. But while I'm not totally sure, I'm pretty sure we've got more missiles. These aren't allies that would go into war. Vietnam? C'mon. India would never consider it. And Casp, I know what ya mean. You're right. |

The russian gun of choice is the Kalashnikov 47 or 74.Or more commonly known as the ak47. It's a very reliable gun but severly outdated and will do terrible in the more modern battlefield. It is commonly used because it is cheap, crude andis reliable but compared to the guns of today it is nothing. |

Is that Russian letters? I'm not Russian buddy, I live in North America. I wouldn't really want to mention America's allies since it's not the top 10 largest armies in the world. The infantry? No, I'm pretty sure Russia has more then America. |

No, the United States infantry is half a million. The Russian is a bit over a quarter of a million. I live in North America also, I'm American. Pretty sure I've proved my point. And the United States has more than 20 allies, including France, the UK, and many other European countries. They are most definitely important. As well as Israel. |

| North Korea is fail. This is a quote from another website. "Despite China being N.Korea's ally, China opposes the idea." (Not exact but pretty much.) So apparently North Korea is not listening to their Allies? Hopefully it won't be WW3. |

No one is going to side with North Korea if it means a full-scale world war. North Korea arms itself to try and get the world's attention. It wants to sit with the other kids at the cool table and trade its bologna sandwich for one with ham in it. At this point, any modern country wouldn't want to go to war with another modern country. It'd be messy and unprofitable. There's no reason to be insulting each other's armed forces and lifestyles. Both parties are ignorant of what the other can and cannot do within their country. US citizens know that protest and voting can only get so far, but they also know that a loss of public support loses wars (see: Vietnam). I'm not going to make any assumptions about the lifestyles of those who live in China, Russia, etc. While it is true that many Americans are very unintelligent, that doesn't mean that others around the world aren't either. Do test scores rate intelligence? Well, I suppose they can in a way, but wisdom and common sense are things that even "smart" people can lack. Think about your words before you say them. P.S. - On the topic of "fan death", I find it hilarious that my parents believe in it. They won't even let me have a fan in my room. "Unique Korean physiology" should not cause this. I would know, I've snuck a fan into my room on hot summer days and I'm still as healthy as ever." QFT |

And the fact Nk refuses to listen to even China, who is supposed to be NK's ally is making China look bad. They've slowly upped the attititude in which they approach NK with. |

There are much more personel in other branches. If I refer you back to my source(Which is only slightly off of yours) the total amount of soldiers in each army, including the Air Force, etc. is: Country: Total Men (It is in the millions) China: 2.30 USA: 1.45 India: 1.33 Russia: 1.2 North Korea: 1.11 But keep in mind there are 26 NATO members. |

It's like me walking outside and stepping on one hundred ants. There's more of them but I'm superior. I think that came out right. O_o |
