If you have already done it, it's still interesting to do again. First, find a doorway. Unless you are in a prison cell this should be fairly easy to find. Second, standing in the doorway press both wrists against each wall with your palms facing you. Hold plenty of pressure against both wrists. Third, count to twenty out loud, holding pressure against your wrists the entire time you're counting. Finally, step away from the doorway and wait for it to happen.
