How do people get from 100-20 so fast?

So I went on vacation for 3 days, and my friend was level 97. I come back, and he is 124! AND HE HAS A LIFE BTW. How can you level so fast? Is it a certain leech or what? Also, he is an assassin. Edit: OOPS, I meant 100-120. Sorry for wrong topic.
