Today a serial killer which killed 4 people from 1995-2004 and had some small theft crimes was captured by the police. I dont get it why even though there's no sentance of death for killing in my country, DOESNT HE DESERVE DEATH? OVER 14 YEARS A PERSON KILLS PEOPLE AND EVEN IN PRISON HE KILLED HIS CELLMATE. I just dont get it! He deserve death why are the judges so easy on him he was also molesting women those he killed and some he didnt. Why give me one reason to let a man like that live, he even addmited! Please notice that as I stated he killed his cellmate, this guy is crazy (and who knows that cellmate could have been a small thief who just tried to feed his family maybe he stole billions of dollars as well but still, this guy is mad putting him in prison WOULDN'T PREVENT FROM HIM killing some more!)

Wow. But some people in the countries do not like the death penalty. It's up to your gov. Your people to vote. You can protest and demand a death penalty. Cause that is just sick! to murder/molest people. There really is NO POINT in hurting another. I would torture him slowly, cut fingers, toes. burn him a little. Make the duude suffer! Bring his world a whole lot of pain, like he did to the family of the people =/

Many people feel that killing someone is never justified. It isn't exactly necessary, you can just keep them in prison for the rest of their life.

Death is an easier punishment than life in prison, is it not? Why should we, as a society, let killers off of the hook by killing them? They should endure years of hard labor.

Uhm.. Ask yourself : Which is worse? Getting executed, no pain, it'll take like..one 10th of a second..You wont feel anything at all.. Or spending the rest of your life in prison, getting your ass kicked, dropping the soap in the shower and then youknowwhat.. Maybe its not like that but still, spending the rest of your life in a cell, with nobody to talk to, nothing to do.. @Above, really? how come?o,o

I don't believe I have the right to say whether or not someone can live. I'd rather see them in jail, living with their mistakes. @above: They strap you into a chair, inject you with some stuff that's supposed to numb you, then inject you with some stuff that makes you pass out. Then you're injected with something that kills you. o_o The whole procedure can take up to half an hour.

Keeping people like that in prision takes so much money from the goverment. Money that could be invested in poor people, widows, 1 parent families... Why are they more importent then these people who did nothing to no one who just want to live quietly And for those saying killing them costs more, I think hanging a person is pretty much cost free (not every death is by the chair)

Don't ask me how, I don't know. But I know for a fact that this is true.

To put it bluntly, I believe that if you take someones life, you deserve to be killed also. (This must be backed up by years of evidence,trials,proof, etc.) Although I believe they suffer more being put in isolation for the rest of their lives, I don't agree that they have the right to live after taking someone elses from them. Too bad we don't have this law here either.
