Xbowman->Marksman Pride

Why are we so amazing? Please describe your experience as a xbowman, sniper or marksman. Personally I never saw Bowmaster's as our equals, but I love the plethora of skills and our great ability to mob and immobilize foes. Your input?

the archers and 3X hunters that see me say "xbows suck ass" so I show them pierce while they train

Marksmen are Archers. O.o Aya, I love both classes equally. I've played both, love both.

I know.. but everyone I've met so far think that I refer archers as in hunter, ranger, bowmaster, so the term just caught on

Well even though i'm only level 34. I love the mobbing skills of a xbowman/sniper/marksman and pierce is awesome =). Xbowman pride ftw =)

i think its cuz of the unbalance part of those 2 classes before the patch made ppl think that archers = hunter, ranger, bowmaster after the patch, i really dont see much of a difference between MM and BM, just different playing styles

I feel that my sniper pride is sort of like cheering for a sports team. The only reason I like this class more than others is because I am this class, and I enjoy it. Just like the only reason I cheer for sports teams is that they are close to me. I'm sure I can draw some actual conclusions, but the fact is that I choice an archer because me and 3 of my friends were starting maple, and they already choice thief, mage, and warrior. Then I only choice xbow because when I was level 15, a really nice person gave me an eagle crow and told me to go xbow (this was at a time when there was hardly any). But I've tried other classes, and I much prefer the path of the xbow then any other, personally.

I just have pride in my work. I've worked very hard and for a very long time on this character, so I'm proud of it. Nothing too particular about Crossbows. I do like the nostalgia that comes from Bows though...and yet I'm a Sniper >.<

i have a bm and they seem hard to put when using hurricane lol so i like mms......or both o.o

In real life though....Chinese repeating Crossbows > bows
