AIM spam bot related question (need help)

Hello. Today my friend sent me a link that had the url of AOL and I thought legit. When i clicked it, it went into a site with aolserv and I thought something was wrong so I closed it. So about 20 minutes ago, I was at the park and it spammed to my buddy list and I was yelled at through the internet by a couple of people. I am wondering if this is like a one time thing only or would it keep sending. I can't changed my password because its locked from my previous attempt to remember my email/security question. I have to wait 24 hours before I can change it. Thank you in advance.

Sometimes it goes away, and sometimes it stays Either my cousin is an idiot and keeps clicking new ones, or she's had the same one the whole time It's basically conflicker

So I just wait 24 hours and I change my password? Damn this sucks. Hope this goes away lol. I've scanned everything :/
