if u mean a blue arrow in the top left corner of the item, that means it is well over average attack. otherwise its just scrolled decently.

it means its scrolled or abv avg item, i love yellow and purple items most

Gray- below avg Black- avg Blue- above avg slightly (you can use 100%s and get this) Purple- well above avg (a few 60 and 10% should get youthis one. Like 14 above avg) Gold- some might say godly (mostly 10/30% and I think this is 20 above avg)
