last month I hit lvl 50 on my mage... so i thought why not get a zhelm? so i went to sleepywood, and asked around and i decided to buy my zhelm from artifical. the next day i contacted convuisions(zomitszach is his basil ID) and bought my helm.. i didint do the quests so i gave him my account info, at first it worked out.. i had my quests completed and all.. then it was zrun day. they logged on to my acc to do the run... after 5 failed attepts, i logged on to see a message "you have been banned for illegal programs blahblah blah..." for 1 month... at first i was like Zomg! then i quickly got over it and waited out my 1 month ban...then the day i got unbanned i logged on to find all my characters stripped.. I lost 200mil in items... after i while i made a new account and tracked convuisions... here was our conversation: me:YO I GOT HACXKED him:ok? me:do you know which one of ur guildies didi it? him:could'nt care less me:DUDE I LOST 200MIL him:get out of my face kid me:dude if u dont know who hacked me could i have a refund? him:how's a no looking? me: U HACKED ME him: what would i want with ur acc i quit maple a long time ago... me: do you think darkxeclpze hacked me? him: i hope he did him: now get the hell out me: u probably quit maple b/c no one likes you him: i have more friends then you me: please dude.. just hear me out him: SHUT THE *beep* up! me:*walks away* DO NOT BUY THERE ZHELM PEOPLE THEY SCAM!

First, check if they were certified. Second, why should THEY give YOU a refund? You trusted them first. Also, a screenshot would help. If not, we can't prove anything.
