I haven't seen anyone wearing broken glasses yet so i'm guessing it's still glitched.

Broke as far as I can tell. Did a few lpqs just for fun ( i have a character camping out there at lvl 50 till I can get the glasses ) and didn't record that I got any. Someone also told me that they tried like 40 pqs to see if it was just the text that was messed up, and not the counter. They said they got no glasses.
