Removal of rememberer quest

Hi basil. Well i was training up a new character, and at lv 15 i was hoping to do the 99 green mush quest for the easy 3.8k exp and free pots along with the 100 green mushroom quest from arwen, but i found the 99 mush quest is not there O.o. Then i went on my other character and couldn't find the other quests too (99/999 curse eye, evil eye, etc.) so does anyone know if they're permanently removing the quests?

Talk to the signs, not the rememberer.

they are only available to under lvl45 i think

They're for any level.

i think the lowest lvl to start those quests is 20 or 25
