Forest of Evil quest

So i'm doing this quest(lvl 50 req.) Fanzy the cat tells me to go to the cursed forest, which i've found... I've killed the weird monkey ghost in the forest of evil 5x, and nothing happened so i'massuming there must be a ghost in the cursed forest, but it's not spawning. The cat says that it should appear between 5pm and 7am, and it's 12:30 am.... can anyone that's finished this quest plz help me

Aye, I've never heard of the npc actually appearing, it's another glitched Nexon quest.
