Get rid of fame?

Does fame even do anything anymore? I mean sure you need 10 fame for blackbull's quest and 20 fame to wear some dark gear but thats it. My brother did all the boss quests up to 50 and he got like 50 fame from 3-4 boss quests. Not to mention there are other quests which give a lot of fame. It's so easy to get that is there any reason in making it? To me nexon should just get rid of it since it does nothing at all.

I just like getting fame. I like looking at the rankings.. I just trade fame when I trade with Basilers.

Sure, is is completely useless. But that isn;t reason to dictch it. Here is all the stuff you can do with Fame. =D 1. Trade Fame. This makes people happy and you can make friends. =) 2. Compare Fame. Compare fame with someone for fun. =) 3. Set a Goal. It can be fun to set a "fame goal". When you reach it, you feel happy and motivated for a while. 4. Sell Fame. Easy money for new people just starting out. So it has some stuff you can do with it, but ultimately it is useless. (I picked option 3). =P

You never know. Until recently hands was useless. Now the Maker skill uses hands to determine success rate. Maybe Nexon will make more fame weapons or fame PQs.
