I believe they do. Someone was getting compensated for the guild hack in Khaini, and the TS of the thread had to meet her (the GM) in person. He basically was like "I love Nexon" in that thread. And when he just met up with her, she was like "A little birdie told meh that you love Nexon." So yeah, somehow she saw that thread. They apparently know about Sleepywood too. -saw another SS in the past-

They do respond to tickets, but give nexon a break, 3 million players to about a staff of 10 customer service reps? Better than nothing back in the wizet days. Some nexon GM's use to have special privilaged accounts on sleepywood. They use to do forum chats and Q&A back in the day.

Send them feedback via ticket system to let them know of this so-called-great-ideas-from-Basil. And i don't think they do. They hardly go on THEIR forums and that's only because their job requires they do so.
