Go northwards towards perion, until you get to the tree that grew. Theres lots of slime there. Keep going up and you'll find the scroll seller at the 2nd or 3rd map up, on the right side.

You can only buy 100% scrolls from Kerning, Ludibrium, and Orbis. I think

10% or 100%? 100% can be found at the tree that grew 3 i believe o-o. you havta keep teleing up and up once ur at the tree that grew 1. also other towns such as kerning, ludi, and orbis have 100% scroll sellers. in kerning, the persons name is tulcus and its in the swamp. for ludi its in eos tower and for orbis its in orbis tower. if you need more info u can go on link and search under npcs :D
