What I used to do: 1~10 = Quests 10~30 = Super Training, 15 or 20 in the first day, 20 or 23 by the second day, 23 or 26 by the 3rd, 26 or 30 by the 4th. OR, if I'm lucky, 30 in a day. 30~50 = Split between CPQ and Training 50~55 = Training, with SOME LMPQs for OuterFighter (But not with any other character) 55~70+ = Training with occasional PPQ breaks
