Ok...so. I know they can obliterate Karstans if well scrolled, but compared to lvl 80 spears and polearms? And also, how much atk does it take to add up to that increase from normal (5) to fast (5)

There is no such thing as normal (5). If you meant normal (6), then I think you would need 10% more att to get from normal (6) to fast (5). Meaning that a 110 att normal (6) would be roughly the same as a 100 att fast (5).

theres no difference in normal(5) or fast(5) presume? and theres no normal(5), or maybe you mean normal(6) ssb is good if you have enough accuracy cause of the 20 speed boost.

There is no such thing as normal(5). It's just normal(6), before going into fast(5).

That's right in that situation, but @TS keep in mind that you have to take into account total attack, not just your PA's atk.
