well u see in 2008 summer this dude sarted a pizza slice but he put runescape on it check it out link and i tried in school and this thing actually worked now i can play runescape in school.lawl like i just visited to see if it worked but lol

Runescape used to be fun, but then they put way too many sensors and changed pretty much everything so every1 would be the same. Pretty much a communist Runescape right there.

I think he means that his school does not block that website and the user who made that website put runescape on it. Now he can play in school because the school does not know thats a game site

the threadstarter is talking about this website which originally featured maplestory content, but the owner of the website decided to add a Runescape link where u can play runescape directly on that website, sort of like miniclip's version anyways, he's saying that his school doesn't ban the ip address of the website, so he is free to play runescape now also, for those who don't know, pizza slice=p.s. (aka private serve)
