Can i play MSEA in South Korea?

I know MSEA has an IP block with the new Hackshield program to all american/european players. But does that mean MSEA is only available specifically for Malaysian and Singaporean players? Or can I also play MSEA ? I live in South korea, and I would like to play maplestory in a English community. I do play KMS with the Culverian gang, But I feel like I can get into the game more if everything was in english. If you or someone you k now is playing MSEA in korea WITHOUT a proxy, please tell me :] I would like to join the MSEA community if possible, thanks -Reflexx (70 valk of KMS)

They don't have an ip block O.o. You ahve it backwards, they removed it when they added HackShield. And just play KMS O.o
