Screaming at my brother for doing bad in a maths test. First of all I'd like to say my brother isn't stupid. I've seen him get stellar marks and awards. He has started to get lazy over the past few months and whether or not he tried his best is for him to know. Although my marks aren't consistently 90+, they range from 8x-9x. My brother I've seen get consistent 9x% then 8x% and now 62%. For maths test in my opinion, If you know how to do the question and know the formulas and everything, you have the potential to get 100%. I'm willing to bet my life that he knew how to do each and every one of the questions. Any mark deductions is just a mistake you made. I can understand making about 10-15 mistakes, but I honestly don't believe you can make 38 mistakes in a maths test which you know how to do. I think I need to do something about it as a brother. Maybe he failed on purpose? Because that was what I did after being fed up of the higher math class , I purposely did bad (50-60%) to move down. And class average is 80-90% lols.

First find out why he's been slacking off lately. Once you found out, tell him how its affecting his education/school work-exams. Talk him out of what he's slacking off. (If Dota or any games, just tell him to play less) I have a big brother who goes home, jumps on computer, Dotas straight away. Though he's still doing pretty good. And he's in year 12. Last year of high school for him so i think my big brother should be studying more cause of his HSC.
