no, you dont really need good overalls from lvl 40-50. you have about 10-20 hours that you play for those lvls (consecutive) and just save the 20 mil for when u hit 50 and need z helms, pacs, silver dep stars, ect.

yes, 20m for a 20 stats overall is pretty good. and @ above poster, just because its a lv 40 overall, it doesnt mean he cant wear it past level 40( hell, my outlaw is still using a lv 11 top and bottom)

are you planning to be lowdex, regular dex or what? for dexless/lowdex you're gonna need more dex. if you're going reg.dex then it sounds nice, although i wouldn't buy it and save the money for other stuff at 50.
