| You will need to have a very low body fat percentage. So do cardio as well. |

| I'm going for chest muscles (pecs) this month, I set myself a goal to do 1800 a month, or 60 a day.. 'Sets' mean like 50 crunches, then stop, and do 50 again after a couple of hours. You'll need self control tho, it's easy to say 'meh, I'll do twice the amount tomorrow'. |
