I never got how the master skill book thing works.. How does it work? For example. some night lord buys a Triple Throw 20 book. and he uses it. Does it give like 20% cahnce of getting a skill point or something? I dun get it.

Yup, exactly what you just said. But it master the whole skill depending on what kind of book

It increases the max level with a chance of failing. Every 4th job skill starts at lv10 max. If you have at least 5 points in a skill, you can use a lv20 mastery book on it. If the mastery book works, the max level becomes 20 instead of 10. If you get 15 points into a skill, you can use a lv30 mastery book and if it works the max level becomes 30.

Not a skill point, but i think its 70 % chance of extending the max lvl to 20.... EDIT:Dont listen to first poster...either he is drunk, or doesn't know what he is talking about

It raises the possible max level for it, doesnt actually add SP to it. It just makes it possible to add SP into it. Hard to explain.

do they sell like 2nd or 3rd job skill books? such as savage blow, recoil shot, critical throw, meso explosion and stuff like that? or only 4th job skills?

For fourth job, some or all (not sure) skills are 0 max level, but when you use the skillbook, it raises it to 10, 20 and 30. For example, if I was level 120, with 3 points for TT, but I didnt have the skillbook, I couldnt add to it. All skillbook 10 has 100% chance All skillbook 20 has 70% chance All skillbook 30 has 50% chance
