Mages level fastest in the first job and then you could get the lightning attack now that there are some lightning weak in singapore. Thatd probably be your best bet for fast leveling and mobbing. Personally even tho you said not warrior, I think theyd be great if you want high damage and mobbing. Just takes a while to get going but worth it later.
