Help Download MapleSEA

I am very frustrated at the moment. I have downloaded full version 0.70 then I tried clicking on the icon that it brang up when it had finished which was called MapleSEA_MSSetup090422a(2). I tried clicking that then it came up if I wanted to run MapleSEA_MSSetup090422a(2).exe which I clicked, the mouse had an hourglass on it and nothing happened which I thought was odd so I decided to download the 'Ver. 0.70 to Ver. 0.73 Manual Patch (Latest Patch for MapleSEA Episode 2)' under Download Manual Patch and I couldn't find the file to patch it from which really got me confused. If it helps, I do live in New Zealand. Could anyone assist me in downloading the game? I'd really appreciate any help I can get. Thx

You have to redownload.. some thing happened to me. It means you only got partial of the download

Oh ok, thanks EDIT: Well, I tried again with the download. I started and then played Combat Arms for awhile. I came back after quite awhile and it had only gone up 4%. I kept the other one I downloaded, is there any way to make it faster?

" Which I am worried it might have some sort of virus and the fact they take no responsibility for whatever happens which also worries me. have you actually used it yourself? It would make me feel better to know if it helped you. Edit: Well, I got it on my brother's (Parents) computer and I keep trying to log in and when it plays the KoC scene, It keeps disconnecting me (It does the same with trying to get to the character and logging in). It saids some hack is detected and I know my brother can get up to some mischief. Any solution for that?
