How long would it take to train to 100 at windraiders with 2x exp? my damage range is 1409~2472 Im at 91 with 40% exp. Also, do you think that elder wraiths would be a better option?

maybe a week or two if you play everyday on 2x exp.

Typhons for a crusader is actually crap. Go gobies, one of the best option for you.
