Bush OBVIOUSLY.... Hoover was there during the Great Depression, if you ask me, Obama is doing an even worse job so far, 100 days and I have seen no change so far, all I've seen is all the terrorists getting freedom from guantanamo...

Bush did an excellent job in defending our country. I vote Hoover. However Bush Jr. is still up there with Buchanan as one of America's worst presidents.

hoover leads into depression bush just uses his stance on either heres a line dont cross it/ sit down and talk obama/carter/nixon= sit down and talk bush/ older bush/ regan= line guys bush basically said what he would do if they didnt stop and he followed through, not the best idea, but followed through
