| Art. The pencil glided across the bright, white sheet of paper. It left a thick trail of darkness, laying a beautiful design wherever it went. The hand holding the pencil was rough. It looked dry and cracked, with scars from the past. The hand appeared to have once wielded great power, but now it only shaded on the paper. It was a sight to watch the hand guide the pencil across the sheet. The fingers on the hand moved with ease, fluidity, and utter grace. They all the hand, its fingers, and the pencil seemed to be one, one in making art. Glancing at the cracked skin of the hand, it looked as if the hand was in sheer pain, but it nonetheless went on to make the design. Every little movement for it was a struggle, a fight against agony. But still, it moved, it went on to finish the design. The other hand was resting upon the paper, just to the left of the design. It rested at most times, but at others it shifted the paper while the pencil was working. The second hand seemed also to be part of the unit, and refused to have pause for anything. All at once, the unit stopped. The first hand set the pencil aside, and lifted the paper from the dark oak table. The hand proceeded to lift the paper, deemed it good, and placed it on the wall to the side. The hand picked up a blank piece of paper, then the pencil. Then art. Thanks for reading. Please offer corrections and opinions. |

There's plenty of brilliant books out there without incest. I'd rather shy away from that as long as I can. But thanks anyways. |

| I thought this was beautiful actually but just a suggestion; I feel like the second paragraph does not flow as well as the first. The first paragraph was really really mesmerizing. And, maybe this is just a symbol you're portraying but why did you describe the hand to be in pain? I do not rather understand how that relates. |
