Accuracy for Headless Horseman?

Hey, I was wondering, how much accuracy is needed to hit the Headless Horseman on a 49 fighter? Thanks in advance everyone.

Cause the higher the lvl, the acc wont matter much

I wouldn't even attempt it as a 49 Fighter, Power Guard or no. I just soled it last night as a 102 WK with Max Fire/Ice Charge and about 90% hit accuracy. It took me five minutes of hugging him and pounding on him. I think I might have used a full stack of Honsters because going by memory he did 16xx touch damage and 24xx magic damage? Not 100% sure, but something like that. It'd take close to an hour to wear him down with Power Guard alone, I think. If you're not killed or KS'd first.
