Yesterday my friends and i were joking about how bad Soulja Boy is while we were smashing. We were saying how he had no talent and his music was crap but then it hit me. Soulja Boy is a genius. His music is so bad that a lot of people people listen to it and/or buy it to have a laugh at how bad it is. Regardless of why people listen to him, he still makes the money. Also, Soulja Boy realized that in this generation, Mtv and the Radio are no longer the most used musical medias and he decided to advertise and do most of his stuff on myspace and youtube. This causes his youtube page to get more and more views, increasing his popularity.
