Seriously. The Wii is slightly more powerful than an Xbox, yet we haven't seen a game even close to Halo 2 yet. Sure there are a lot of good Wii games out there, but where are the Wii fpses? Gosh, the Wii has practically the best controller for FPSes in the history of gaming! I as a Wii owner want a better FPS. >:O

Because Nintendo has a reputation to keep producing family safe games. If they go into more "hardcore" games, they will lose customers. Parents are especially sensitive to anything that has violence. Why they don't just buy the system and not the bad games, I don't know.
