help me! there's a hobo behind my house!

Ok so.. today's a hot day in Southern California. My house is like an apartment and behind it is an alley. Since today is hot I decided to crank up the AC, which was attached to the window facing the alley in my room. So I lift up the blinds and turn up the AC. When I looked out my window there he was, a hobo just sitting there drinking a bottle of some beer. He does look like a typical hobo, with the long beard, dirty clothes, worn out shoes. It's kind of bothering/creeping me, what should I do? O___O

Shoot him. flip him. OT: But seriously, if he doesn't do anything just leave him alone but if he bugs you, call the police I guess o.o. Tryhelping him out a bit in life too because he must be in a hard situation in life.
