I saw a ton of them in the mts and now i am wondering how you get them does anyone know?

MPQ gives them out. I got one and sold it for 2mill

you can buy them in a store in the Eos Tower I think i just know you can buy 100% scrolls in the eos tower

The only good thing about Vega's scrolls and other 100% scroll sellers is that he sells them 1K cheaper :/
