Will I still get to upgrade my maple cape when I reach that level or it's just the event thing and that I will never EVER get the lvl 70 cape? Also about the glow when you wear the maple items. Do I have to have the lvl 90 hat? Could it just be maple weapon of your class, lvl 70 hat, 70 earrings, and any level cape? Just wondering because that glow is COOL! Do I have to upgrade my hat to lvl 90? If they won't let us upgrade our capes when we get to that level. Do you think it's unfair?

Ive seen people with that glowing Maple thingy and they were wearing the Maple Hat lvl 70 but they had the 70 Cape,Earrings and the Lvl 64 Maple Weapon of their job
